Staining and Coverslipping Machines for the Institute of Pathology at Klinikum Nürnberg

Delivery of two automated staining and coverslipping machines for the Institute of Pathology at Klinikum Nürnberg, Campus Nord: Installation, commissioning, testing, and training for operational readiness. The machines must handle a workload of approximately 280,000 slides per year (H&E, PAS, and special staining). A workflow concept for loading, staining, coverslipping, drying, unloading, and quality assurance is to be developed. The requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in-vitro diagnostic medical devices must be met. The institute is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 15189:2024-08 and DIN EN ISO 17020:2012-07; the machines must meet the quality standards of internal quality management, risk management, and performance monitoring. High-throughput systems for H&E routine and special staining with integrated drying are required. The slides must be suitable for microscopic diagnostics and digital pathology for scanning.

Liposuction and Lipofilling Platform: Acquisition and maintenance of an assisted platform for operating rooms in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. The platform must enable at least motorized infiltration, atraumatic aspiration for adipocyte collection, and controlled re-injection of autologous fat. Services include supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the equipment, as well as associated consumables and accessories for the provisional treatment of 120 patients per year. The framework agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1,380,000 EUR net over the total contract duration.
