Delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) components: The delivery includes complete, factory-new devices prepared for installation and commissioning by the client or a separate contractor. The contractor participates in the commissioning. The contract duration is 36 months. Deliveries for ENEA Nowa Energia will take place in the Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Lubuskie, and Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeships. One project for ENEA Ciepło is planned in Białystok (Podlaskie voivodeship). The target capacity is 840 MWh usable capacity. A purchase of at least 600 MWh usable capacity within 24 months is guaranteed. An option to increase the scope by 240 MWh to the planned 840 MWh is provided. Advance payments up to 100% of the gross contractual remuneration are possible. Specific locations include the districts of Gorzowski, Słubicki, Międzyrzecki (Lubuskie voivodeship); Wągrowiecki, Nowotomyski, Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki, Szamotulski (Wielkopolskie voivodeship); Stargardzki, Wałecki (Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship); and the city of Białystok (Podlaskie voivodeship). Location changes within the mentioned voivodeships are reserved.
