Supply of contrast agents, fallopian tube patency assessment kits, ophthalmic dyes, and dialysis concentrates for USK-2 PUM in Szczecin

Supply of contrast agents, fallopian tube patency assessment kits, ophthalmic dyes, and dialysis concentrates for the USK-2 PUM clinics: Estimated quantities and detailed specifications for the 10 tasks are included in attachment 2 of the tender documents. Medicinal products (tasks 1-6) must comply with Polish Pharmaceutical Law, and medical devices (tasks 7-10) with the Polish Medical Devices Act. A minimum shelf life of 12 months from delivery is required. The specified quantities are estimated and may vary according to actual needs, without exceeding the contract value. The contracting authority reserves the right not to procure the full quantity. Contract duration is 24 months from contract conclusion.
