Fuel supply for service vehicles via cashless sales system

Fuel supply: approx. 5,000 liters of unleaded petrol (Pb95) and approx. 95,000 liters of diesel (ON) for service vehicles and equipment, via a cashless sales system for Gminne Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Sp. z o.o. in Bogatynia. Delivery will be successive at fuel stations across Poland over a period of 6 months from contract signing or until the specified amount is exhausted. Quantities are estimated and may change; billing will be based on actual liters purchased. The fuel must meet quality requirements according to Dz.U.2024.1018. The service includes direct fueling into vehicle tanks and canisters, use of the contractor's fuel stations, which must also be open on Sundays and holidays, and a cashless sales process with detailed consumption tracking per vehicle. The contractor will provide 61 fuel cards for vehicles (1 per vehicle), 1 card for canisters, and 3 bearer cards within 7 working days. No fees apply for the issuance of initial, additional, replacement, or duplicate cards; card management costs are borne by the contractor. The contractor must have at least 7 fuel stations in each voivodeship, except in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, where 20 fuel stations are required, including at least one 24-hour station in Bogatynia; further items as per the tender documents.
