Supply of Food: various foodstuffs and frozen food

Supply of various foodstuffs and frozen food: at least weekly, if necessary two or more times per week per location, with quick re-deliveries in case of stock shortages, to all MKL locations. Product groups include cheese, dairy, general food, frozen products, and confectionery for vending machines. All specified product groups must be deliverable; some will be procured in limited quantities and serve as a backup for existing framework agreements. Contract duration 4 years, with 2 silent extension options of 1 year each, starting January 1, 2027. Estimated annual contract value approximately €700,000 net. Delivery takes place daily (5 out of 7 days) to approximately 4 locations in the province of Antwerp: Revalidatieziekenhuis RevArte (194 beds), Zorgcampus Hof ter Schelde (155 residential units, 20 residential units in De Stroming, 20 assisted living units), Woonzorgcentrum Hof ten Dorpe (105 residential units), Woonzorgcentrum Hof Sint Jozef (70 residential units, 20 assisted living units).
