Supply of Foodstuffs for 2 Years

Supply of foodstuffs within a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for 24 months or until the framework budget is exhausted. Delivery takes place daily. The specified quantities are estimates; the contracting authority reserves the right to exceed the budget by up to 10%. Contracts are generally concluded for 6 months, with the possibility of longer terms. Products must be Class I and comply with the regulations of the Hungarian Food Codex; references to specific brands or processes are to be understood as "or equivalent". The expected maximum scope of individual contracts is 18,330 pieces, 3,625 kg, 4,605 liters, and 228 boxes.
