Delivery of Food Products for Canteen No. 268 of TU Sofia

Delivery of food products on demand for Canteen No. 268 of the Student Dormitories and Canteens of TU Sofia. Quantities are estimated for the entire contract period and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase the full volume. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as needed. Each delivery must be accompanied by a commercial document detailing items, quantities, and batch numbers, as well as a label indicating content and ingredient quantities. Products must be in good commercial condition and have a remaining shelf life of at least 70% of the total shelf life declared by the manufacturer at the time of delivery. The contract duration is 12 months or until the maximum contract value is expended, whichever occurs first. Earlier commencement of deliveries is possible if the contracting authority's existing contract with the same subject has ended, with 7 days' prior notice.
