Supply of Food and Raw Materials for Correctional Facilities
Supply of food and raw materials for correctional facilities: The procurement is divided into 6 lots under a framework agreement. Individual correctional facilities commit to purchasing 70% of their allocated framework amount, with reallocations between facilities being possible. Planned quantities per item and facility are listed in the commercial price tables and are for informational and evaluation purposes only. Invoicing is based on actually ordered and delivered products up to the respective framework amount. The quality and technical parameters of the goods must comply with the mandatory provisions of Hungarian Food Decree 152/2009 (XI.12) FVM. Equivalent products are permissible, with proof of equivalence being the responsibility of the bidder. Detailed requirements are included in the tender documents.
