Where a brand, type, origin, patent, or trademark is referenced, equivalent products are permissible. Offers must include the manufacturer/distributor, product name, and origin of the offered product; missing information will result in the invalidity of the offer. All products must comply with the requirements of the Hungarian Food Codex, and bidders must guarantee the delivery of this quality.
