Supply of light heating oil for organizational units of Prusice Municipality

Supply of light heating oil of type „Ekoterm Plus“ or equivalent, up to a maximum quantity of 192,000 liters, distributed as follows: 30,000 liters for Prusice City Hall, 124,000 liters for Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School in Prusice, 10,000 liters for Maria and Lech Kaczyński Primary School in Skokowa (including a school building in Piotrkowice), 8,000 liters for the Volunteer Fire Department in Prusice, and 20,000 liters for the Social Services Center in Prusice. The heating oil must meet specific quality parameters, including a density of maximum 860 kg/m³ at 15 °C, a flash point of over 56 °C, a calorific value of at least 42.6 MJ/kg, and a sulfur content of maximum 0.2 % (m/m). The price per liter includes transport, loading, and unloading costs. Deliveries are successive, based on demand, with attached quality certificates. Laboratory tests for quality control are planned; if laboratory analyses reveal parameter discrepancies, the delivery is considered non-compliant and subject to complaint. An option to increase the scope by a maximum of 20% of its quantitative value is foreseen. The order must comply with the requirements of Art. 68 sec. 3 of the Act of January 11, 2018, on electromobility and alternative fuels.
