Supply of Medicines for Petrosani Hospital
Supply of medicines for Petrosani Hospital for the period 2026-2028: The framework agreement covers the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the procurement of medicines. Minimum and maximum quantities, along with detailed descriptions per lot and per subsequent contract, are specified in the tender documents. Subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly or quarterly, depending on budget and hospital needs, without renewed competition among economic operators. Awards will be made to bidders ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd; if a higher-ranked bidder cannot fulfill a subsequent contract, it will be assigned to the next ranked bidder.
