Supply of disposable medical and cardiosurgical equipment: Products must have certificates, registrations, and comply with legal regulations and applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions are permissible. The origin of goods must not exceed 50% of the total contract value from the People's Republic of China if the order is subject to the IZM measure according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031. Subcontracting to Chinese entities must not exceed 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%) and partial delivery time (20%), further items as per the tender documents.
