Construction of a Mental Health Center for Adults at the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Legnica using a design-build approach: Creation of complete project documentation and subsequent construction of the center. This includes demolition works (inactive above-ground and underground heat exchanger stations, coal storage roof), associated works, site development, and necessary technical infrastructure. Project documentation for demolition and new construction is based on a Functional-Utility Program (PFU) and a technical expert opinion. The construction services include the demolition of conflicting buildings, the construction of the new CZPD building, the reconstruction of technical infrastructure, and site development including fire access roads, building access, and parking spaces. The delivery and installation of furniture and medical equipment are not part of this contract. The deadlines for execution are: preparation of demolition documentation and execution of demolition up to 5 months from contract signing; preparation of project documentation and obtaining a building permit up to 6 months from contract signing; construction of the center a minimum of 26 months from contract signing, no later than December 30, 2028; handover of the investment, formally and legally ready for healthcare services, 4 months after construction completion, no later than April 30, 2029. Warranty periods are 36 months for project documentation, 84 months for construction works and materials, and a minimum of 24 months (not shorter than manufacturer's warranty) for supplied devices and systems. A site visit is recommended and must take place no later than 4 days before the offer submission deadline.
