Delivery of medical equipment: The offered medical devices must possess the required approvals and certificates and be registered in accordance with Polish legal regulations. They must comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. If no notification to the Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products is required, all necessary steps for market introduction and use in Poland must be carried out at the bidder's own expense. Offers will be evaluated based on price (60%), warranty period (20%), and delivery time (20%).
