Supply of mobile computers for the Stalowa Wola City Council

Supply of 861 mobile computers for the Stalowa Wola City Council and subordinate units. The devices must be factory new, complete, assembled, tested, and ready for use, in original packaging, marked by the manufacturer, of high quality, free of defects, and from legal sources. They must be approved for use in public institutions and comply with applicable quality standards. Detailed parameters are described in Annex 1 of the tender documents. Delivery is to ul. Kwiatkowskiego 1 (City Council Building, 2nd Floor), 37-450 Stalowa Wola. The project is supported by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (C4.1.1.). Employment of personnel according to Art. 95 para. 1 of the Pzp Act and Art. 22 of the Labor Code is required. Offered ICT products, services, or processes must not include elements classified as security-relevant or from high-risk suppliers according to Art. 33 para. 4 or Art. 67b para. 15 of the National Cybersecurity System Act. The bidder must submit a factual form (Annex 1) for ICT product identification.
