Delivery of Sodium Chloride Brine for Road Maintenance Depots in Erzgebirgskreis

Delivery of sodium chloride brine: 1,475 t (26%) and 700 t (21%) for the winter service period from 01.10.2026 to 31.05.2027, via road tanker into existing brine containers at road maintenance depots. Delivery is to 3 road maintenance depots and 4 support points in Erzgebirgskreis, distributed as follows: Road Maintenance Depot Aue 400 t, Support Point Eibenstock 150 t, Support Point Markersbach 175 t, Road Maintenance Depot Schönfeld 350 t, Support Point Oberwiesenthal 150 t, Road Maintenance Depot Stollberg 300 t, Support Point Zöblitz 650 t. Alternative bids are permitted and must be qualitatively and quantitatively equivalent. A +/- 20% clause for excess/shortfall quantities applies to the total quantity and partial quantities. Required documents include proof of expertise, capability, and reliability according to § 6a VOB/A, supplementary list of subcontractor services, product description for sodium chloride brine according to EN 16811-1:2016, safety data sheets, completed self-declaration, business registration, commercial register entry or craft roll, clearance certificates from social security funds, professional association, and tax office, and if applicable, the PQ-VOL number.
