Delivery of Network Loss Electricity for Keravan Energia Oy and Sipoon Energia Oy, 2027-2029

Delivery of network loss electricity for the electricity networks of Keravan Energia Oy and Sipoon Energia Oy: open physical delivery with an annual volume of approx. 17 GWh. The contract period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with separate contracts to be concluded for each network operator. The offer price is a fixed total price (average price) for the entire delivery period, based on the closing prices of Wednesday, 9 September 2026. It includes the average price of Euronext Nord Pool electricity futures (NSBY-27, NSBY-28, NSBY-29), the corresponding average prices of area price difference products (HLBY-27, HLBY-28, HLBY-29), and a margin. The margin covers all supplier costs, including profile, forecast, trading, payment term costs, Datahub fees, administrative costs, Fingrid Oy's production and consumption volume fee (at the time of offer), and the supplier's profit. Changes in Fingrid Oy's volume fee will be taken into account. The total price must be stated VAT-exclusive (0% VAT) in EUR/MWh; a fixed monthly fee (EUR/month) is not permitted. The offer price is based on the quarter-hourly series of loss electricity per network operator, attached to the tender documents. The final contract price will be determined at the market price level at the time of contract signing; price dependency must be stated in the offer.
