Delivery of new original consumables for copying and printing equipment for TU-Sofia and its remote units

Delivery of new original consumables for copying and printing equipment: 522 pcs. new original consumables as per technical specification. Quantities are estimated; the contracting authority is not obliged to order all specified quantities. Consumables must be original, new, unused, and un-recycled, in original factory packaging with a sticker verifying origin. They must match the product number or an equivalent technical product number explicitly declared by the manufacturer. Original means produced by the equipment manufacturer, in original, undamaged packaging. The contract duration is 12 months or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Deliveries are made upon request, with a delivery period of up to 30 calendar days from the written request. Payment is due within 30 days after signing a bilateral acceptance protocol and presenting an original invoice.
