Supply of Pouch Porridges

Supply of Pouch Porridges: The products are to be used in cold chain-free solutions and must have a long shelf life. The contract period is four (4) years. The estimated annual volume is 70,000 products. The supplier must be able to offer at least two (2) different flavors that meet the technical requirements. There is no purchase obligation. An option to add a third product to the selection is available, with a maximum annual volume of 30,000 products, increasing the estimated total annual volume to 70,000 – 100,000 products. This option can be activated no earlier than one year after contract signing. The minimum delivery batch must not exceed 8,000 products. Technical requirements: The product packaging must be a capped pouch, with legally mandated recycling marks and product information in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Storage temperature: 0–28 C. Products must achieve at least 6 points (on a scale of 1–9) in product evaluation for taste, appearance, and structure. Volume: 150-180 ml, Weight: 150-180 g, Kcal per 100g: 100–120 kcal, Shelf life: 24 months from delivery, Delivery time: 60 days from order. Clear labeling of allergens is required. Product 1: Fat: maximum 3.0 g/100g (if fat is 3.1-5.0 g/100g, then saturated fat maximum 30% of total fat); Sugar: maximum 7.0 g/100g (if sugar is 7.1-10.0 g/100g, then dietary fiber minimum 2.5 g/100g or protein minimum 3 g/100g); Dietary fiber: minimum 1.0 g/100g (if fiber is 0.5-0.99 g/100g, then protein minimum 6 g/100g); Salt: maximum 0.3 g/100g. Forbidden ingredients: Lactose, nuts and almonds, soy. Product 2: Fat: maximum 3.0 g/100g (if fat is 3.1-5.0 g/100g, then saturated fat maximum 30% of total fat); Sugar: maximum 7.0 g/100g (if sugar is 7.1-10.0 g/100g, then dietary fiber minimum 2.5 g/100g or protein minimum 3 g/100g); Dietary fiber: minimum 1.0 g/100g; Salt: maximum 0.3 g/100g.
