Supply of Reagents for Jagiellonian University (excluding Collegium Medicum)

Supply of reagents for the organizational units of Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ) for educational, scientific, and commercial activities. The detailed scope of supply with quantities is specified in Appendix A of the tender documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract subject by purchasing reagents not listed in Appendix A but available in the manufacturer's catalog (http://www.labjot.com/register), provided the contractor is authorized for distribution and the total contract value remains unchanged. Modifications are permissible in cases of: replacement of a discontinued reagent with an equivalent product at the same or lower price; introduction of a new reagent by the manufacturer beneficial for scientific research results, at a price not exceeding the catalog price minus the offered discount; or change of a reagent from Appendix A to another from the catalog, at a price not exceeding the catalog price minus the offered discount.
