Delivery of recycled concrete aggregate for road sub-base

Delivery of recycled concrete aggregate, fraction 0/63 mm: 5,000.00 tons for the main sub-base of road surfaces. Deliveries are to be successive upon request, specifying location, quantity, and frequency, daily from 7:00 to 17:00, with a minimum of 3 working days' notice. The material must meet the quality and technical requirements according to Table 6 of document WT – 4 (Annex No. 3 to Order No. 102 of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways of 19.11.2010). The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for transit on public and forest roads (including permissible gross vehicle weight) at their own expense. Unloading will occur directly onto the road under construction at a location indicated by the client's representative. The client reserves the right to conduct control weighings; in case of underweight, the contractor bears the cost. Current declarations of conformity or performance must be provided upon request. A trial batch must be delivered before the start of deliveries. Delivery locations are the Forest Districts within the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Warsaw, further details as per the tender documents.
