Supply of catering equipment for public high schools and regional adapted education establishments in the Pays de la Loire region (departments Loire-Atlantique (44), Maine et Loire (49), Mayenne (53), Sarthe (72), Vendée (85)). The equipment also includes vegetable preparation materials for the “ICI, on cuisine!” initiative, aiming to improve working conditions and equip pedagogical kitchens. The list of affected schools is provided in Annex 1 of the tender documents and may be subject to change.
