Delivery of control cabinets for Sofia West and Zlatitsa substations

Delivery of 28 equipped control cabinets for the Sofia West and Zlatitsa substations, intended for an automated substation control system (SCA). The cabinets must be fully equipped, closed-type metal cabinets, according to specifications for materials, low-voltage equipment, and wiring. The supply of digital control, protection, and signaling devices (local controllers, relay protection, technological controllers, signal modules, etc.) for installation in the cabinets is the responsibility of the client. The scope includes the following cabinet types: 18 command-relay/relay cabinets for feeders for indoor installation, metal construction up to 1,000/2,200/600 mm (width/height/depth), with double-sided access, equipped per specification; 4 command panels for transformers (control) for indoor installation, metal construction up to 1,000/2,200/600 mm (width/height/depth), with double-sided access, equipped per specification; 2 command-relay/relay cabinets for busbar/switchgear and metering/VO for indoor installation, metal construction up to 1,000/2,200/600 mm (width/height/depth), with double-sided access, equipped per specification; 2 command-relay/relay cabinets for bypass circuit breakers for indoor installation, metal construction up to 1,000/2,200/600 mm (width/height/depth), with double-sided access, equipped per specification; 2 relay cabinets for DZS (incl. PM), metal construction up to 1,000/2,200/600 mm (width/height/depth), with double-sided access, equipped per specification. Technical documentation (structural and electrical), dimensions, and equipment specifications for the apparatus/materials, as well as the client-supplied apparatus, will be provided to the selected contractor via handover protocols. The performance period begins after the last protocol is drawn up.
