Supply of Stents and External Support for Venous Grafts
Supply of medical devices: Offered medical devices must possess required approvals and certificates, and be registered according to the Polish Act of April 7, 2022, on Medical Devices. Technical standards and specifications must be met, with equivalent solutions being permissible. Goods may originate from the People's Republic of China for a maximum of 50% of the total order value, if EU Regulations 2025/1197 and 2022/1031 (IZM) apply. Subcontracting to Chinese entities is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%) and partial delivery term (20%).
