Supply of portable equipment for critical radio services of RATP

Supply, preparation, deployment, and maintenance of portable equipment and associated solutions for RATP's critical radio communication services, as part of the technological migration from TETRA to LTE. The framework agreement includes a minimum and a maximum quantity. Minimum services include: initialization (40 person-days), qualification (40 person-days), and preparation (6,300 pieces of equipment) of portable devices; supply of 6,300 portable devices and 268 multi-chargers; support and maintenance of administration system licenses for 12 months; deployment of portable devices (30 person-days). Maximum services include: qualification (maximum 60 person-days), porting and profile creation (maximum 300 profiles), and preparation (maximum 13,300 portable devices); supply of maximum 13,300 portable devices, 467 multi-chargers, 13,300 accessory packages, and test tools for a maximum of 50,000 €; support and maintenance of fleet management solution licenses for a maximum of 7 years; deployment of portable devices (maximum 60 person-days); maintenance and support of portable equipment, including initialization of maintenance services, Level 3 support (maximum 1,744 person-days), and hardware repair and maintenance policy for a maximum of 8 years; non-regression services for corrective patches (maximum 120 person-days) and new versions (maximum 120 person-days); complementary services such as user support and training (maximum 135 training sessions, 400 person-days user support, 25 maintenance training sessions, 72 person-days maintenance support), software deployment for a maximum of 8 years, and additional technical assistance (maximum 400 person-days); reversibility; further items as per the tender documents.
