Supply of dry food products for institutions in Baranya and Zala

Supply of dry food products for institutions in Baranya and Zala counties. The products to be procured, their quantities, and the respective framework amounts are detailed in the individual lots and the attached product table. The contract has a fixed term of 12 months from the date of signature by both parties and terminates prematurely if the framework amount is exhausted. The contracting authority commits to a call-off obligation of at least 70% of the framework amount. Products must comply with the food safety and quality regulations of the Hungarian Food Codex and EU Regulation 852/2004/EC. Upon delivery, the remaining shelf life until the best-before or use-by date must be at least 50% of the total period from production.
