Rehabilitation and Medical Technology Aids with Pool Management for PBeaKK

Supply of rehabilitation and medical technology aids for PBeaKK members and co-insured relatives: Takeover and management of existing aid pools, with priority given to the re-use of pooled aids over the supply of new aids. The contractor takes over existing aid pools and transfers their stock to their own warehouses within 10 working days from contract start. Operator duties according to § 3 Medizinprodukte-Betreiberverordnung for the provided medical devices must also be assumed. PBeaKK cannot guarantee purchase quantities; estimated annual supply quantities are based on experience from 2023 to 2025 (see Appendices 1, 2, 2a, 16, 17, 18 of the tender documents).

Delivery of joint endoprosthesis implants and related medical devices. The detailed scope is specified in attachments 1 and 1a of the tender documents. General requirements include providing deposits of implants and instrumentarium, instrumentarium and tools in hermetic, sterilizable cassettes, and training for medical and nursing staff. All offered items must be approved for marketing and use according to applicable regulations, specifically the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), or Council Directive 93/42/EEC with transitional period under EU Regulation 2023/607, and possess all required documentation.
