Delivery of examination accessories and an otoemission testing device: Detailed requirements and quantities are specified in Annex 1 of the tender documents (assortment and price form). The scope and method of performance are defined in the draft contract. Offered items must be approved for trade and use according to applicable law, complete, of high quality and functionality, and free from material, structural, and legal defects. For medical products, compliance with the Act of April 7, 2022, on Medical Devices (Dz.U. 2022 Pos. 974 as amended) is required. Equivalent solutions are permissible if they demonstrate at least the same or better technical and functional parameters and quality characteristics.
