Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Pädiatrischen Beatmungsgeräte

Das Universitätsklinikum Münster schreibt die schrittweise Erneuerung ihrer pädiatrischen Beatmungsgeräte aus. Hierzu soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von 19 pädiatrischen Beatmungsgeräten geschlossen werden. Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der im Teil B der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten pädiatrischen Beatmungsgeräte. Achtung: Der Bieter wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich bei den in den Vergabeunterlagen genannten Mengenangaben das maximal mögliche Austauschpotenzial verdeutlichen sollen. Daraus ergeben sich keine Abnahmeverpflichtungen der aufgeführten Mengen während der Vertragslaufzeit. Das Angebot ist grundsätzlich als Kaufangebot zu formulieren. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass es im Verlauf der Rahmenvereinbarung zu einer Finanzierung bestellter Kontingente über unseren Leasingpartner kommen kann.
