Minimum warranty 12 months or 2,000 operating hours; warranty and post-warranty service; authorized service point maximum 150 km from the client's headquarters; free transport to the service point during the warranty period; diagnosis time in case of failure maximum 3 working days from email notification; repair completion maximum 14 calendar days from fault notification; service inspections within 5 working days from email notification; employee training at the location 66-200 Świebodzin, ul. Poznańska 10, within 5 days of delivery; required civil liability insurance of at least 500,000.00 PLN.
