Property Support for Land Acquisition for Dike Relocation
Land acquisition services for the relocation of municipal dikes on the Main river between Flörsheim and Eddersheim: The project has construction costs of approx. 16.5 million € net. Services include preparatory measures such as general GIS tasks and entering parcel and owner data, land procurement through creation of contract documents, contacting and negotiating with owners and beneficiaries, and further support services for monetary settlements, possession orders, and expropriation procedures. The land acquisition affects approx. 290 private parcels and approx. 195 private owners in the districts of Flörsheim and Eddersheim and will primarily be conducted through private land acquisition procedures.
