Licenses for Middleware and Messaging Systems for the ProVi Traffic Procedure

Licenses for middleware and messaging systems to support the police procedure "ProVi" for recording and processing traffic offenses. The subscription-based and core-based licensing requires coverage of the permissible processor core performance classes and the number of physical or virtual processor cores per component for production use and other uses (development, testing, training).
