Licenses and Multimedia Equipment with Implementation for the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing and 20 other facilities
Supply of licenses and multimedia equipment with implementation: Stage I includes teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for facilities and entities, along with necessary equipment for patients participating in a pilot program. This involves the delivery of software licenses, personalization of the tools for the target group (e.g., language and terminology adaptation for hearing/speech disorders), integration and test launch under the client's supervision, and functionality testing before pilot studies. Additionally, the tools will be implemented in field facilities. Stage II covers licenses for teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for cooperating entities, including the adaptation of survey tools and their implementation. This comprises tools for collecting and storing sensory organ measurement data over various time intervals, for different age groups and diseases, tools for analyzing rehabilitation progress data, and patient communication tools (phone/tablet app) for remote communication with the center and caregivers. Stage III involves the purchase of multimedia equipment for sensory rooms (in 5 nationwide centers) and teleaudiology rooms at IFiPS for organizing teletransmissions and teleconsultations. This includes the installation of multimedia equipment for teletransmissions and teleconsultations at IFiPS and 4 nationwide centers, as well as the installation of multimedia equipment for sensory and teleaudiology rooms in the remaining 16 nationwide centers.
