Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Licenses (Omnissa Horizon)

Provision and renewal of subscription licenses for the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Omnissa Horizon): 2,500 concurrent sessions (1 core package, 245 add-on packages), of which 1,500 for productive VDI operation and 1,000 for disaster recovery and fallback environment; proof of registration with the manufacturer; manufacturer support and maintenance at “Production Support” level with 24/7 availability for critical incidents (Severity 1); an on-demand support contingent of maximum 15 person-days for technical assistance with incident resolution, escalation management, version changes, security updates, configuration changes, and performance and capacity analyses of the VDI platform; reporting and license balance. Licensing is based on concurrent sessions (Concurrent User); a Named User model is not permitted. The included virtualization component (VMware vSphere Foundation) must remain an unchanged part of the license, and the licenses must cover central management via the Horizon Universal Console and the use of existing provisioning methods (e.g., Instant Clones, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager). Service period: 12 months, from 2026-09-19 to 2027-09-18. The service is awarded as a one-time procurement.
