License Partner for Software Licenses and IT Services

Framework agreement for a license partner: Mediation, delivery, and invoicing of licenses, subscriptions, software, and associated services; provision of information on license terms, prices, license models, support, maintenance, upgrade rights, and renewals. The partner assumes an advisory and proactive role in cost and license optimization, consolidation, and standardization. Includes the purchase of licenses and associated services, consulting and market monitoring, contract monitoring, follow-up, and cost and license optimization. Optionally available services include license management/SAM services, specialist support, and product-related services. Excluded are standalone hardware procurements or consulting assignments without a direct link to licenses, software, subscriptions, support, maintenance, or product-related services.
