The subject of the tender is the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a TI gateway infrastructure with KIM as a Service (KIMaaS) as well as the migration of the existing TIaaS infrastructure for Gesundheit Nord gGmbH in Bremen. The service includes the migration of TIaaS and KIMaaS to a TI gateway (TIG) with KIMaaS during ongoing operations with a maximum downtime window of 2 hours. The systems used include, among others, SAP ISH, SAP i.s.h.med, Orchestra Omniconnect, Amasys, and MedVision (Nephro7). The current scope includes approx. 520 card terminals (expansion to approx. 800 planned), 25 SMC-B cards, and approx. 40 KIM addresses (expansion to approx. 160 planned). The contract duration is initially 2 years (minimum contract duration) with the option to extend twice for two further years each.
