Renovation of ventilation systems: complete renovation of existing ventilation systems, with no existing systems remaining in the building distribution. The entire ventilation supply is realized via roof-mounted air handling units (AHUs) with a total air volume of approx. 165,000 m³/h, distributed among 14 units. Of these, 12 AHUs (galvanized system) each supply an office wing including ancillary areas on the ground floor across all levels. One unit is planned for the event room and another in stainless steel for the canteen/kitchen. Each unit is equipped with a cross-flow heat exchanger, air heater (fed by heating distribution), and air cooler with direct cooling (including direct evaporator, compressor, and condenser). The base design is 200 mm, positioned on steel platforms/beams, using refrigerant R513 A. The duct distribution for supply and exhaust air runs via the roof into 12 technical shafts per floor, located to the left and right of the stairwells. Fire protection compartmentalization with plinth fire dampers in the floor of each level is provided. For each office wing, distribution from these shafts leads into centrally arranged ceiling coffers, from which supply and exhaust air are provided via grilles with connection box combinations. Each grille includes a sound insulation and volume control combination within the coffer. Ancillary areas such as WCs and corridors are equipped with disc valves and swirl diffusers, while special areas like the canteen and event room feature slot diffusers. Ventilation is control-regulated based on carbon dioxide content in occupied rooms, with limited user intervention possible. Small systems are also part of the scope. Roof fans in PPs and galvanized systems are planned for BOS, BMA, and SIB control centers, the waste room, and for emergency supply and exhaust air for the chiller room. All duct systems must be insulated according to GEG specifications; fire protection measures and proper fastening technology must be considered.
