Ventilation works for the general renovation of the historical building complex and a subordinate extension at Westfriedhof Munich: 3 central ventilation units (AHUs, Robatherm TI-50); 1 KVS-system hydraulic unit; 2 decentralized room ventilation units for administration; 5 exhaust air single-room ventilation units (suspended ceiling, administration/disabled WC); 8 radial fans (exhaust/supply air, various areas); approx. 1,425 m² rectangular air ducts and fittings made of galvanized steel; approx. 244 m round air ducts made of galvanized steel (spiral-seam pipe, DN 100–250); bends, branches, transition pieces, end caps, pipe connections, pipe fastenings (round, galvanized, all DN) comprising: approx. 105 pcs 90°/45° bends DN 100, approx. 51 pcs 90°/45° bends DN 125, 10 pcs 90°/45° bends DN 150, approx. 61 pcs 90°/45° bends DN 160, 5 pcs 90°/45° bends DN 200, 1 pc 90°/45° bend DN 250, approx. 29 pcs branch pieces, approx. 43 pcs transition pieces, 12 pcs end caps, approx. 25 pcs pipe connections, approx. 169 pcs pipe fastenings; approx. 197 m round plastic air ducts (OD 63/75 mm); approx. 1,052 m² thermal insulation for air ducts (outdoor/exhaust air, with/without sheet metal casing, weather-resistant); 3 heat pumps (compact design, various capacities); approx. 45 fire dampers (square and round, various sizes); approx. 20 volume flow controllers (various sizes and designs); approx. 69 silencers (rectangular, round, various sizes/lengths).
