Air Pollution Sensor Stations for Szolnok

Supply and installation of 5 air pollution sensor stations for Szolnok: 5 air pollution measuring sensor stations, including installation at 5 measuring sites and commissioning. Each station includes or is connected to a meteorological station. The sensors must simultaneously and continuously measure NO2, particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5, PM1 fractions), wind speed, wind direction, ambient temperature, barometric pressure, and relative humidity. One of the stations also measures precipitation. Active sampling (pump or fan) is required for laser particle counting (OPC) and gas measurements. The stations will be placed on designated buildings, with electrical connection (200-240 V, 50 Hz) to be implemented by the contractor. Data collection from all sensors must occur in a common database. Data transmission via SIM card (3G-5G) and WIFI. Data processing takes place on the sensor station; subsequent processing in a manufacturer's cloud is not permitted. Continuous monitoring and data recording with an averaging time of 1 minute to 1 hour. A related software interface must allow real-time display and analysis of data, as well as conversion and querying from the database in .csv, .xls, and/or .xlsx format. In case of unsuccessful data transmission, data transfer to the database occurs automatically without manual intervention. The data must be integrated into the client's website for public display. After full system setup, a 14-day trial operation will commence, during which measurement data from the 5 sensor stations for NO2, particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5 fractions), temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure must be compared with data from the OLM measuring station in Szolnok (Ady Endre út 9.). Documentation of the results must be submitted within 10 working days after the measurements. The contractor must provide continuous service in Hungary for 7 years from the date of technical handover, including full maintenance according to manufacturer specifications during the warranty period (e.g., filter change, cleaning of dust sensor intake, sensor/dust sensor replacement based on manufacturer cycle). Furthermore, at least 10 years of manufacturer remote device support and free remote firmware updates for the entire lifetime of the equipment must be provided.
