Locksmith works: Manufacturing and installation of a new balustrade railing made of steel and brass in the Mozart Hall of the Alte Oper, including the dismantling of the existing railing. The services include approximately 101.000 m demolition and disposal of the brass railing, approximately 1.500,000 kg demolition and disposal of the steel substructure. For the new balustrade railing in Mozart Hall Level 1, approximately 2.000 pcs stainless steel anchor plates (160x140x15mm), approximately 35.000 pcs stainless steel anchor plates (360x160x15mm), approximately 72.000 pcs stainless steel posts (40x35mm, with socket at top), approximately 72.000 pcs L-shaped stainless steel handrail posts with handrail holders are planned. Furthermore, approximately 44.000 pcs handrail type A straight, approximately 22.000 pcs cross brace suitable for handrail type A straight, approximately 16.000 pcs handrail type B straight, approximately 8.000 pcs cross brace suitable for handrail type B straight, approximately 4.000 pcs handrail type C straight, approximately 2.000 pcs cross brace suitable for handrail type C straight, approximately 144.000 pcs handrail type D straight with one-sided end finish, approximately 2.000 pcs handrail type E bent, approximately 2.000 pcs handrail type F bent, approximately 2.000 pcs cross brace suitable for handrail type F bent, approximately 2.000 pcs handrail type G bent, approximately 2.000 pcs handrail type H bent, and approximately 2.000 pcs cross brace suitable for handrail type H bent. Other services include approximately 1.000 lump sum samples, approximately 1.000 lump sum batch samples complete, approximately 1.000 lump sum workshop and assembly planning, and approximately 1.000 lump sum documentation/revision documents. Hourly work for night and Sunday shifts includes approximately 10.000 hours foreman night shift allowance, approximately 4.000 hours foreman Sunday allowance, approximately 10.000 hours skilled worker night shift allowance, and approximately 4.000 hours skilled worker Sunday allowance. The execution is part of the comprehensive fire protection renovation of the Alte Oper, construction section 8.2, during the theater holidays from June to August 2025 (June 28 to August 29). A 2-shift operation from 6 AM to 10 PM is required due to the tight schedule. The work must be coordinated with ongoing concert hall operations.
