HVAC design: Renovation and replacement new construction of Ilola School in Vantaa, Epinkoskentie 5. The existing building (built 1987, extended 1993, 1 floor with 2 small lofts) will be renovated (approx. 1,714 brm², 1,516 htm², 1,305 hym²), and a replacement new building (approx. 2,180 brm², 1,585 htm², 1,440 hym²) constructed, with a total area of approx. 3,894 brm², 3,101 htm², 2,745 hym². Design starts in autumn 2026, construction begins early 2029, and project completion is in summer 2030. The plot area is 27,804 m², of which approx. 9,770 m² belongs to the project.
