Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems (3 T) for Tampere University Hospital
Delivery of two (2) 3 T Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems: One system (device B) may be a factory-refurbished device representing the latest technology. The systems are for imaging the central nervous system, head, neck, spine, abdomen, breasts, pelvis, joints, blood vessels, and the entire body, including under anesthesia. Systems and software must meet specified requirements and form a functional whole, including all necessary programs and equipment. New facilities for the devices are being prepared in the R-imaging area of Tampere University Hospital. The preliminary delivery time is May 2027. Funding for device B depends on additional funding; a decision is expected in September 2026. The contract can only be signed after the funding decision is legally binding or otherwise available.
