Insurance broker services for municipal housing companies: comprehensive consulting and support in insurance matters, mediation of insurance policies, assistance with risk analysis, determination of insurance needs, damage prevention measures, organizational and technical support for claims processing, and evaluation of claims statistics. The activity includes managing insurance for approximately 37,100 housing units. An optional service is the processing of residential building insurance claims (claims management/claims handling) in cooperation with the insurer. The contract starts on 01.01.2027 for one year, with automatic annual extensions unless terminated with six months' notice. The maximum term is 5 years, until 31.12.2031. A transfer of the contract to another affiliated company is possible after or before contract award; the bidder must agree to this transfer.
