Painting and varnishing of windows for House 3: Refurbishment and painting of existing windows from the mid-1990s at the "Fritz Reuter" High School Center in Dömitz, as part of the modernization of House 3 (gross floor area approx. 2,100 m²). This includes 60 casement windows (1.30 x 2.15 m), 3 casement windows (1.06 x 1.84 m), 2 casement windows (1.30 x 1.81 m), 2 fixed-glazed windows (1.30 x 2.15 m), 6 single-sash windows (0.97 x 2.57 m), 6 casement windows (2.55 x 1.84 m), 7 windows with mullions (1.53 x 4.05 m), 4 windows (0.80 x 1.81 m), and 5 windows (0.80 x 0.54 m). Works for the 1st partial construction phase begin from August 2025, for the 2nd partial construction phase in spring 2026; preparatory measures start in the 2nd half of 2025.
