Painting and Varnishing Works for "Fritz Reuter" Secondary School Center, House 3, Dömitz

Painting and varnishing works for the refurbishment of House 3 of the "Fritz Reuter" Secondary School Center in Dömitz: includes complete painting works indoors and outdoors, excluding existing wooden windows (Lot 226). Key services are painter's fleece and paint for ceilings (approx. 391.00 m²), paint for profiled ribbed ceilings (approx. 156.00 m²), new paint for box ceilings (approx. 150.00 m²), full-surface plastering of existing walls (6,113.00 m²), painter's fleece and paint (6,031.00 m²), varnishing works for stair railings and handrails, facade painting with reinforcement layer, top coat, and paint (approx. 1,996.00 m²), and varnishing works for facade sun protection systems. The construction project is part of the 2nd construction phase in the existing building (gross floor area approx. 2,100 m²) of a two-story school building from the 1950s. Works begin from August 2025 (1st sub-phase, movement room in building section C) and spring 2026 (2nd sub-phase, renovation of the historic school from axis H). Preparatory measures start in the 2nd half of 2025.
