Painting work for the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies, GCT_Inkubator

Painting work for the GCT_Inkubator sub-project on floors 3-5 of the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies: Plastering work includes approx. 510 m² full plastering of reinforced concrete walls and lintels Q2, and approx. 175 m² full plastering of reinforced concrete columns Q2. Painting work involves approx. 2,140 m² laboratory ceilings (reinforced concrete transparent silicate glaze), approx. 700 m² laboratory walls (reinforced concrete transparent acrylic dispersion), approx. 2,300 m² office ceilings (reinforced concrete transparent acrylic dispersion), approx. 1,400 m² office walls/columns (transparent acrylic dispersion), approx. 15 m² plasterboard ceilings office (dispersion), approx. 2,270 m² plasterboard walls and columns office (dispersion), approx. 600 m² plasterboard ceiling bulkheads office (dispersion), approx. 2,000 m² plasterboard walls and columns laboratory (disinfectant-resistant plastic dispersion), approx. 880 m² plasterboard ceiling bulkheads laboratory (disinfectant-resistant plastic dispersion), and approx. 320 m² plasterboard ceilings and walls wet rooms laboratory and office (latex paint, colored). Work on metallic substrates includes approx. 21 units painting of steel frames, approx. 200 m² plastering of steel stair soffits and railings, approx. 200 m² painting of steel stair soffits and railings, and approx. 65 m² painting of steel ceiling edge claddings. Jointing work includes approx. 1,200 m permanently elastic connection joints.
