Painting work for the new fire station of the City of Rietberg

Painting work for the new fire station of the City of Rietberg: all coating, filling, wallpapering, and sealing work in the interior and exterior of the fire station building. This includes substrate preparation, priming, filling, intermediate and final coats on lime-cement plaster, plasterboard, and concrete surfaces, as well as necessary protection and covering measures. The work will be carried out in sections and partly before installation work, requiring multiple execution phases. In the vehicle hall, wash hall, technical, storage, sanitary, office, and training areas, several thousand square meters of wall and ceiling surfaces are to be treated with high-quality, low-emission dispersion coatings. Special requirements apply to wet abrasion resistance, disinfectant resistance, and mold and moisture protection in wash and sanitary areas. In office and training rooms, additional Q3 fillings, painter's fleece coverings, and high-quality coating systems are to be applied. Furthermore, the scope includes the coating of steel frames, steel doors, other steel components, and pipelines, including necessary pre-treatments and corrosion protection measures. The services are supplemented by coatings of exterior ceilings, acrylic and silicone sealants, and all required connection, maintenance, and joint work for complete surface finishing.
