Painting works for the complete renovation of Potsdam City Hall, Level 0

Painting works Level 0: Securing of approx. 2,000 m² building components, covering of approx. 3,300 m² floor areas and approx. 300 units of radiators. Demolition works include removing approx. 100 m² wallpaper from walls, ceilings, and reveals, as well as approx. 750 units of dowels, wooden blocks, nails, and hooks. Preparatory works involve closing approx. 300 units of dowel holes, sanding down approx. 1,800 m² existing coatings on interior walls, removing approx. 4,500 m² old coatings, approx. 1,500 m² old oil-based coatings, approx. 150 m² existing ceiling coatings, approx. 450 m existing coatings on stucco mouldings, approx. 30 units existing coatings on stucco rosettes using the Jos method, and approx. 350 m existing coatings on stucco mouldings using the Jos method. Substrate preparation includes plastering approx. 10,400 m² plaster surfaces Q3 100 %, partial plastering of approx. 1,700 m² plaster surfaces, plastering approx. 1,250 m reveals, plastering approx. 300 m² columns, plastering approx. 3,400 m² ceiling areas and beams, plastering approx. 1,900 m ceiling coves. Priming works include approx. 500 m² drywall walls, approx. 500 m² drywall ceilings, approx. 10,400 m² plastered wall surfaces, approx. 1,250 m plastered reveals, approx. 300 m² columns, approx. 2,900 m² ceilings, approx. 2,500 m ceiling coves, approx. 500 m² vaulted ceilings, and approx. 400 m stucco mouldings. Insulating paint for approx. 300 m² walls and approx. 200 m² ceilings. Wallpapering works include approx. 400 m² non-woven wallpaper on drywall walls, approx. 1,000 m² non-woven wallpaper on plastered wall surfaces, and approx. 1,000 m² non-woven wallpaper on plastered ceilings. Coating works include approx. 470 m² drywall walls, approx. 500 m² drywall ceilings, approx. 10,400 m² plastered walls, approx. 1,100 m reveals, approx. 300 m² columns, approx. 2,800 m² plastered ceilings, approx. 2,500 m ceiling coves, approx. 470 m² vaulted ceilings, approx. 1,000 m² surcharge for medium tint, approx. 1,000 m² surcharge for strong tint, approx. 380 m stucco mouldings, approx. 120 m² epoxy resin concrete floors, approx. 2,500 m heating pipes, approx. 190 units cast iron fin radiators, approx. 12,500 m acrylic, and approx. 3,200 m skirting boards.
