Painting works for the construction of two extension buildings for the Federal Office of Justice in Bonn: an office building with four above-ground floors and a two-story underground car park, and an office building with three above-ground floors and one basement floor. Services include site setup, scaffolding, painting works on walls (plaster, plasterboard, concrete), ceilings (plaster, concrete, plasterboard), floor coating (concrete), varnishing works on stair railings and steel doors, corrosion protection coating for a steel bridge structure, painting works in stairwells (plaster), and hourly rate works. Execution starts no later than 10 working days after receipt of the order letter. Execution dates are: Building part A1 from 09.03.2027 to 07.07.2027, Building part A2 from 06.09.2027 to 03.11.2027, Bridge A1 from 08.02.2028 to 08.05.2028, and Bridge A2 from 23.05.2028 to 21.08.2028.
