Painting and wallpapering work for the Stiftung Seniorenhilfe Zeitz, Pestalozzistraße 1e, 06712 Zeitz: 500 m² filling, 1,100 m² priming, 1,700 m² paper wallpaper on walls, ceilings, reveals, and internal insulation, 600 m² woodchip wallpaper on walls, ceilings, and reveals to be applied and coated, 33 pcs. steel door frames to be painted, 15 pcs. overhaul coating of door leaves, 32 pcs. corner protection angles. The execution period is from 31.08.2026 to 27.11.2026 (approximately 13 weeks, 36th to 48th calendar week). Variant bids are permitted, multiple main bids are not. Required proofs include self-declarations of suitability, 3 comparable references, number of employees, trade registration, commercial register extract, entry in craft roll or Chamber of Industry and Commerce, social security fund, tax clearance certificate, exemption certificate according to §48b EStG, clearance certificate from professional association, and proof of business liability insurance; further items as per the tender documents.
